Meal times published

The published weekly programme lists Sunday langar at 1:15 pm and Friday langar at 8:45 pm (Phoenix local time). Check the calendar for special events.

All meal times are local to the venue. “Published” means confirmed on an official source, with the source-check date shown on each listing; not confirmed by telephone. Contact the gurdwara for changes, festival arrangements, and accessibility.

What is listed, and what still needs confirmation?

This first selection includes six gurdwaras. SGPC publishes round-the-clock langar at Sri Harmandir Sahib, and Guru Nanak Dwara in Phoenix publishes Friday and Sunday times. Other entries distinguish a daily community kitchen from a verified serving schedule.

Gurdwara opening hours and langar hours are different. If sources conflict or exact meal times are not published, we say so. Directions lead to the gurdwara address; check the entrance and arrangements with the venue.
